Step 2: Session 1, your priority pillar

Your first session addresses your highest-priority gap. You arrive having read your matched playbook. Nik coaches you through it and you leave with clear actions for the first 30 days.

Step 3: Sessions 2 to 4, building the standard

Each subsequent session follows the same structure across the remaining three pillars. Progress is reviewed, playbooks are worked through, and actions are agreed for the next phase.
