Every accelerator begins with the CODE Leadership Diagnostic. Your pillar scores and biggest performance lever determine the sequence of your four sessions. Nothing is generic.
Step 2: Session 1, your priority pillar
Your first session addresses your highest-priority gap. You arrive having read your matched playbook. Nik coaches you through it and you leave with clear actions for the first 30 days.
Step 3: Sessions 2 to 4, building the standard
Each subsequent session follows the same structure across the remaining three pillars. Progress is reviewed, playbooks are worked through, and actions are agreed for the next phase.
Step 4: Day 90, a leadership standard in place
